Lunaria padded along the edge of a river and stopped to drink. Her paws ached and her heart was still trying to mend, as well as a scar that one of the wolves had left on her side. She turned her head to lick the wound and winced at the stinging sensation that she felt as she did so. "Stupid vargs." she cursed. She shook her head. It wasn't entirely their fault. In fact she blamed Zayne more than anyone. If he had kept his muzzle shut to his new pack, none of it would have happened.
She closed her eyes and remembered when she thought she had actually loved him. Her eyes opened and seemed to glaze over before she regained her control. "It was all my fault for believing that fox-hearted traitor." she said. She sat down and scratched behind her ear, feeling a bit lonely. 'Who needs them, i'll be fine on my own.' she thought, though deep down, she knew she felt otherwise.
The clouds overhead seemed to darken and Luna shivered as the winds whipped around her. She sniffed the air and shuddered at the thought of the approaching storm. She stood and shook herself, continuing to walk along the path of the river. The winds bellowed and whispered in the air, as though speaking to her. 'Lunaria.......join us' the wind seemed to cackle. "Shut up!" she growled to no one in particular. Ever since the death of her parents and Shinza, strange voices seemed to visit her frequently, preying upon her mind.
After a few more wolf lengths Luna came to a large hallowed out log. She sighed as rain drops began to fall and crawled into it. She curled up, letting her tail lie over her nose. She closed her eyes and listened to the thunder crash outside, and through her eyelids could see flashes of lighting. She took a deep breath, letting out her fear. It wasn't the storm she feared, but the voices. They always came to her in her sleep, so she always fought it. However exhaustion has no bounds.
Moments later, Luna was snoring lightly, dreaming of her own tragic death...
Light filtered through the trees and she walked around blissfully. She lifted her nose to the air and sniffed, catching the scent of wild boar. She licked her jowls and followed the scent, mouth watering. As she came upon her prey, she smiled, thinking of how to kill the dumb beast. It wasn't hard, she jumped out of the brush and onto the boars back, clamping her teeth around its neck, feeling it go limp. She grinned satisfactory when all of a sudden the forest became a dark abyss. She howled in terror as the voices returned, taunting her, laughing. 'You know you should joins us.' one called, 'Yes, you're so alone and vulnerable.' another laughed, 'Yes, we could help you, be your friends.' Luna shook violently and looked all around her at the empending darkness. A shape came out of the shadows, its eyes glowing a terrifying red. Its jowls parted and lunged at her. Lunaria screamed furiously...
Luna opened her eyes, heart pounding rapidly. She hated that dream. It had caused her constant nightmares for nearly a moon. She grimaced as she noted that it was still storming violently outside. "Like i'll sleep anymore..." she grumbled irratebly. She closed her eyes again, thinking back to when she was a pup and began to sing a song her mother sung to her when storms like this had bothered her.
" When the moon is full, and theres no one there Let your howl fill the cold night air Know that no matter how far you stray Your voice will be heard from so far away
Let your voice ring true in all that you do Let you life be wonderous and full of bloom May the stars shine upon you always my child And know that your a varg, your heart beats wild
A single tear fell from Luna's eye. If only things could be so simple yet again. She followed her mothers song and lifted her muzzle slightly, letting out a mournful howl. It blended into the monsterous storm and echoed off the trees. She put her head back down and smiled. She swore she could hear a returning howl.

OOC// Unfortunately, as we're not on liquid time on this site, everyone in this pack are currently at the dens and any who haven't posted in the same thread cannot be replied to until things are more settled in the pack and one of the members can leave long enough to come to Lunaria. Same for those who post in the thread, as it'd be impossible to find the dens in this storm, they would still have to wait until the members can break off. You can feel free to post in our main roleplay thread, as that is where everyone roleplays for this pack if they want response from the Queen. Otherwise, you may be waiting for another member to find her and it may end up taking until after the storm. Thanks!

OOC//Haha, that's alright Lunaria! Just thought I'd give you a heads up so you weren't waiting forever. I could have one of the other members come to her when they go to Kalice as well ^^;
